How it works?
1. Find your nearest POPStation locker at www.singpost.com/locate-us.
2. Enter your preferred POPStation pickup location into the "Order Special Instruction" text box in Cart.
3. Select POPStation as the Shipping method at Checkout.
4. Select the preferred payment and voila you just have to wait 3 to 4 working days.
5. You can track the progress of the shipment at www.singpost.com/track-items.

Great question. Here’s how it goes down:
- Choose your POPstation here and enter your preferred collection point details in the "Order special instructions" free text box in Cart before Checkout.
- Select the POPstation delivery option at Checkout.
- As soon as it ships, we will email you a tracking link so that you can follow its journey.
- Wait for 3 to 4 working days.
- Once the parcel arrives at the POPStation, you will receive an email and SMS notification with a collection PIN and locker number.
- Collect anytime within 3 calendar days to the locker and enter the code to retrieve your booty.

Is POPstation safe?
Safer than your secret snack stash. Each locker is secure, access is PIN or QR-based, and only you (or your very trustworthy cat) can collect it.
What if I forget to collect my item?
You’ll get reminders that your parcel is waiting for its big reunion with you. But if you leave it too long (after 3 calendar days), it’ll be returned to sender. No ghosting allowed!

No, you do not have to pay any additional cost to collect your parcel at the POPStation.

No, you do not need to register for a POPStation account.
Can I authorise someone to collect at the POPstation?
You may authorise someone to collect your parcel from POPStation on your behalf, by forwarding the notification email, SMS or Delivery Advice to the authorised person at your discretion. Please note that you will bear the full responsibility for supplying the message details to a third party who is collecting the parcel in your name.
What if I forget to indicate the POPstation pickup location?
You may contact us with the missing details including your order number and order details.
How do I know when to collect?
As soon as it ships, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey. When it's ready, you'll get a notification via email or SMS with a QR code or collection code, and you have three days to pick it up.
How do I track my shipment?
You can track the status of the shipment at www.singpost.com/track-items with the tracking ID provided.
Wrong POPstation shown in status by the tracking link provided, this is alright?
This is normal as it will be delivered first to the sorting centre and maybe a few other POPstation before reaching the final POPstation. If you still have concerns you can reach out to us with your order details.
Can I return my parcel to the POPstation?
You can return your online purchase to any POPStation if you have a valid return label issued by us and subject to compliance to our Refund Policy. Simply pack the item you wish to return in a box and go to any POPstation. Place the ezyReturn label that can be printed at the locker onto the box and put inside the locker.
